If you have participated in our Face Gem, but still don’t feel confident about how to use the exercises and how to maintain a consistent workout, this plan will support you until the next gym. Now you have the opportunity to participate in follow-up sessions, where you will be able to practice safely and effectively, achieving immediate results that will make your skin firmer and younger, allowing you to stay away from surgical procedures.

• Two live lessons per week
• Monday and Thursday at 20.40
• 20 minutes per session
• Group support
• You are free to choose which weeks you want to attend
• Access to the lesson whenever it is convenient for you
